This weekend we headed up to Wisconsin to celebrate cousin Brandon's wedding!  What a fun time!  Every detail was planned and so thoughtful. 

 The girls absolutely LOVED the whole weekend.  Taking everything in.

football camping weekend

Little Tykes Pumpkin Patch Weekend!

Notice the girls shirts?  It was also the ND vs. MSU football game.  We tried, but just couldn't cheer enough for a victory.  Good thing we had lots of fun activities to keep us from thinking about the loss.  First up picking pumpkins.

 Then on to ceramics.

 

 

 And then trick-or-treating.  Pocahontas, Cinderella, and a ladybug.  Even Ruby dressed up as a pumpkin.  She loved it...can't you tell?  ; )

 We met up with Yogi while trick-or-treating.

 

 

 Then it was off to mining.  The girls are LOVING it this year.  Asking to go every time we go to Yogi's.

 

 

 

 

Chad likes it just as much as the girls, I think. 

 And then it's back to the camper to sort through all their finds.

Notice Addy's feet?  That's a true camper right there...dirty feet and all.

pre-school

Well, my baby girl is off to school now.  Pre-school.  3 days a week.  Hard to believe.   

 (It was a bit chilly out and she wasn't feeling pictures....)

 But, she wanted me to get a picture of her backpack that she picked out. Love.

 Half-teary eyed forced smile....love her anyways.  : )

 There, if I hug myself I'm a bit happier (warmer).

 School is off to a great start.  She already had a turn to be the helper and was happy to take in the snack along with her favorite book for Miss Judy to read to the class.

And while I was waiting for blogger to upload these picture I took a look back at Presley's first year in pre-school, her second year and Addison's year.  Crazy how these little girls have grown up.  Tear...

grandparents day

The girls were lucky enough to have their grandparents come to school and visit with them in their new classrooms again this year for Grandparents Day.  A.Cindy went to stay with the daycare kiddos so Mawmaw and Pawpaw could come this year.

 And Nana came down by herself. Papa was busy working on the farm, but we know he would've liked to visit as well.

Thanks so much for loving these girls!!!  They sure have the BEST grandparents around!!!

With school starting we were ready to get in a little more summer...and that means back to camping.  We took off to our favorite campground for the long weekend.
