Memorial Day Camping

We spent Memorial Day camping with friends.  A group of mostly teacher friends and Chad's childhood friends and their families.  We headed out Friday after school.  It was a bit chilly that night, but it made the campfire that much better.
Saturday was a nice day.  We spent time at the playground and the lake.  The girls each took a turn fishing too and were able to each catch (or at least reel in) their own fish.  Pretty exciting!
Ryne, Addy and Reese.  We took many walks up and down this staircase to the beach.
Some of the kiddos.  left to right - Ryne, Presley, Grace, baby Addison, Addy and Reese  Besides these kiddos there were also 2 other girls and 2 other boys all under 6.
Isn't he the cutest?
Such a sweetie.  Every time I call her name, she knows to give me a smile.  : )

The kiddos waiting their turn to fish.
Not sure what is up with Presley's extra toothy grin.

Daddy even caught his own fish on his first catch.  The girls each caught a small little guy, but Chad's was a nice size.
Sunday and Monday the weather was super nice (and hot).  We spent most of those days on the lake at the beach.  The kiddos had lots of fun!
Grace, Presley, Addy and Reese.
Daddy treated the girls to ice cream.
Ice cream + beach = one big sandy mess!
Good thing we could just send them down to the lake to "clean up".
So thankful for some good weather and some great memories!
